Green Pool & Algae Recovery
Starting at $300
Our Green-to-Clean service is designed to help restore light-green, cloudy, and properly balanced condition.
Service may include but are not limited to:
Inspect pool and equipment
Test water and determine treatment plan
Remove leave and debris
Brush walls,steps, and affected areas
Treat algae and sanitize water
Vacuum as conditions allow
Clean or backwash the filter as needed
Provide follow-up treatment when included
Help restore clean, clear, and balanced water
The $300 stating price applies to qualifying light-green pools. Moderate, dark-green, heavily contaminated, or severely neglected pools require an individual inspection and separate quote.
Final pricing is based on pool size, water condition, algae level, debris, equipment condition, required chemicals, and the number of treatments needed.
Premium Service Package

Complete weekly pool maintenance

Filter cleaning every quarter and as needed

A service update after each visit
Initial green-pool recovery, specialty stain or phosphate treatments, water replacement, equipment repairs, and extraordinary clean up may require a separate quote.
One-Time Pool Cleaning
Starting at $125
Our One-Time Pool Cleaning is intended for homeowners whose pool is generally maintained but needs a professional cleaning without committing to ongoing weekly service.
This service is a good fit for:
Home owners preparing for or returning from a vacation
Pools needing attention before or after a gathering
Homeowners who have fallen slightly behind on routine care
Seasonal residents needing professional pool check
Customers considering weekly pool service
Maintained pools needing a one-time refresh
One-time service may include:
Test and evaluate the water chemistry
Skim leaves, insects, and surface debris
Brush pool walls, steps, and tile line
Vacuum as needed and as conditions below

Check the filters condition and pressure
Inspect accessible pool equipment for visible concerns
Add routine balancing chemicals where needed

Routine Chemicals
The starting of the service price includes reasonable amounts of normal weekly maintenance chemicals needed for routine balancing such as:
Chlorine or standard sanitizer
Minor pH adjustment
Minor alkalinity adjustment
When additional charges may apply
A One-Time Pool Cleaning is not the same as a Green-to-Clean or Algae recovery treatment.
If an inspection show that the pool requires excessive chemicals, specialty treatments, phosphate or stain treatment, heavy debris removal, water replacement, full filter cleaning, repeated visits, or algae recovery, we will explain the condition and provide a separate quote before completing additional work.
Pools that are green, heavily clouded, covered in algae, or close to becoming a Green-to-Clean may need t be priced as a specialty service.
The $125 price is starting price. Final pricing depends on the pools size, condition, accessibility, and required services.

Storm and heavy debris cleanup

Pricing depends on the amount of debris, required labor, pool condition and equipment needs .
Light storm cleanup
For pools with light leaves and debris after a typical storm. Service may include skimming, vacuuming as needed, emptying baskets, testing and balancing the water, and checking the filtration system.
Moderate Storm cleanup
For pools with heavier debris, dirt, or sediment that require additional cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, chemical adjustment, or filter attention. Pricing is based on the condition of the pool.
Heavy storm and Hurricane cleanup
For pools affected by severe storms or hurricanes with significant debris, sediment, branches, heavily disrupted water levels, or cleanup requiring extensive labor or multiple visits. These services are individually quoted after evaluating the pool.
